Made to Order
All products are made specifically for you when you order. As such, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selections, or changes of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@bnloriginals.com within 7 days of delivery with: A clear photo of the issue and your order number
We’ll replace or refund items that arrive defective or incorrect at no cost to you.
Returns Address
Because items are made to order and shipped via third-party fulfillment, returns are handled through Printful’s network. Do not send returns to our email or business address. We will provide a return label or address if approved.
